Children's author Jack Trelawny visits Woodford Green to sign copies of his new book

DOZENS of eager bookworms crammed in to a Woodford Green shop to meet a children's author.

Young and old alike flocked to the Village Bookshop, in the High Road, for the visit by Jack Trelawny, who is well known for his popular 'Kernowland' series. The signing was organised to celebrate the launch of the fifth book in the series, entitled Slavechildren. His final book, Colosseum of Dread, will be out in November. The signing was on Saturday June 20.
