Breage Primary School - Mutants - Giraffephant - Vick

After my visit to Breage Primary School on 26 June 2007, the children drew mutants inspired by the Kernowland in Erthwurld story.

IDEA: Try mixing two or more animals together to make a mutant WHO is going to be in your story and then use your imagination to create an 'alternative' world - like Erthwurld - WHERE the mutant would live.

See you next time in the Story House.

Happy writing... and reading!

IDEA: WHO is in the story - characters. In the pictures above, the children from Breage Primary School drew their mutant characters and wrote down some of the 'characteristics' of the mutant creatures they had created. (Characteristics are things about the mutants that describe them.) Try thinking of two animals you could mix together to make a mutant story character and write down some of the characteristics of the creature.

See you next time in the Story House.

Happy writing... and reading!
